This role is critical during storm events and requires sound judgement, clear communication, equipment awareness, and pride in doing the job right. What Makes This Role Different You can expect: Transparent processes and site-specific service plans Direct communication with dispatch and team leads Ongoing coaching and feedback Training and support during the season Well-maintained tractors and equipment A team-first culture focused on safe, reliable execution What You'll Do Complete daily pre-operational inspections Report mechanical defects and safety concerns Safely operate tractors with plows and related implements Plow, back drag, and relocate snow on commercial properties Complete detailed snow clearing around entrances, curbs, loading areas, and priority zones Follow dispatch instructions, route books, and site-specific service plans Maintain communication with dispatch and team leads Keep equipment clean, fueled, and field-ready Record hours, service activity, inspections,
