About the role:We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse & Dispatch Assistant to keep our warehouse running smoothly — picking, packing and getting customer orders out the door on time, and receiving stock in as it arrives. It's a hands-on role in a small, close-knit team. You'll work closely with our Office Manager and have plenty of autonomy day to day, so if you take pride in getting things right the first time, you'll do well here.What you'll be doing:Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and in time for courier or customer collection, using our ERP/inventory systemReceiving incoming stock from suppliers — unpacking, shelving and completing delivery documentation in the ERPPreparing and maintaining stock of kit productsKeeping an eye on stock levels (including shipping supplies) and flagging anything that needs reorderingHelping the Office Manager with stocktakesAssisting customers collecting their ordersProcessing and restocking returned itemsKeeping the warehouse secure,
