What you'll do
Three-Way Matching in Coupa: match purchase orders, receiving status, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy.
Payment Disbursements on Workday: Prepare and execute, daily and weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and check
Internal and External (Vendor) Inquiry: Act as the primary contact for internal and vendor inquiries, research statement discrepancies, and resolve any issue
Manage AP and Coupa invoice mailbox on daily basis

What you'll bring
University/College diploma in Accounting




2 years’ accounting experience in an Accounts Payable environment
Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
Robust Communication skills (written & verbal)
