Royal Malabar Indian Cuisine – Downtown London, Ontario

Royal Malabar Indian Cuisine is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our restaurant team.

Responsibilities:
Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and kitchen areas.
Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and ingredients.
Keep kitchen floors, work surfaces, sinks, and equipment clean and sanitary.
Assist with garbage and recycling disposal.
Help with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies when required.
Support cooks and other kitchen staff during busy service periods.
Follow proper food safety, hygiene,



and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen cleaning duties.

Requirements:
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties.
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
