Key to our growing success is our commitment to building trusting relationships with our clients, vendors, and employees.We are seeking an experienced French speaking commercial constructionDesign Build Project Manager with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects in ICI / Commercial Construction.Key Purpose:The DB Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control, providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The PM's responsibilities cover all areas of project management including project planning, cost management, time management, quality management and contract administration. The PM is responsible for overseeing several projects at a time and communicating with a range of people including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, internal staff, and the public.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Design Build Team participant from sales hand over to turnkey project delivery, including design, quality, team management, safety, PC/SS support and leadershipKeep projects on or below budget by tendering scopes of work competitively and negotiating buyouts of sub-contracts based on overall value of the bid and schedule impactsBudget management and tracking of multiple projectsIdentify project risks, mitigate company exposure to them effectively and within the terms of both Prime and Sub-contractsDrive project schedules through planning and leading Site Superintendents, Project Coordinators and Trade Contractors,



being proactive and clear on next stepsEnsure the schedule is being tracked regularly on an actual vs baseline basisEnsure that the clients' expectations are being met and that all relevant details from the project team are communicated to themPeriodic inspection of construction sites to ensure quality is being delivered, sites are well maintained, and that Superintendents are running "tight ships"Direct Site Superintendents by delegating authority and responsibility to them for maintaining schedule and organizing work as appropriate for the scale and complexity of a given projectOversee tendering, bid selection, buy-out approval, and contract administrationPost-Construction client support for warranty callsEnsure construction billing documentation is delivered to the Finance Department accurately and on timeOverall control of the construction program of the project and ultimately responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and administration of submittals, change logs, inspection requirements, and RFI logs whether maintained by the PM or other staffProactively prevent disputes from arising. Where they do arise, the PM is to carry them to a swift conclusion with support of senior leadershipManage each vendors' expectations, ensuring our commitments to them are being met without the need for notices of legal actionAccurately complete biweekly reports and monthly budget forecasting for all projects in a timely manner,
