This is a hands‐on, on‐site role that works closely with engineering and operations to support production activities and scale‐up efforts.Responsibilities IncludeAssisting with manufacturing and assembly of equipment and subsystemsSupporting development and improvement of manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and SOPsTroubleshooting manufacturing and assembly issues and implementing corrective actionsSupporting quality control activities, inspections, and documentationAssisting with production planning, tooling selection, and workflow optimizationCoordinating with suppliers and contractors for fabricated components and assembliesMaintaining accurate production, quality,
