SMS TrainingAttendance management– day of shift coverage (schedule, contact list, parameters), coaching and documentation of attendance – emailOperations Communication– day of point of contact for pilots, airport and EA Team MembersProvide winter operations oversight; including deice logs completion, glycol inventory training auditsLead training support – Following WFS and EA's local training requirements, ensuring Team Members are in good standing and provide any on-the-job training as neededEnsuring all walk around checks and inspections of the facilities, trucks and tank farms are completed successfullyRegularly reviewing TDG sheets, FOF's, SFA's are completed and reconciling them with control checks and ensuring additional services and fuel tickets have been captured in our systemsSchedule and monitor aviation fuel, oil, and FSIIProvide continuous and exemplary customer service; either in person, over the phone, or through emailPerform Fuel Agent or Ground Handling duties as requiredCoach and support Fuel Agent teamAssist leader in truck maintenance requirements and coordination with NFS, NEE, Northern etc.Be able to adapt to a changing environmentBe able to work safely in all weather conditionsOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 2 years tank farm experience and jet fuel experienceSuccessful completion of all Training and Read and SignsValid DZ would be considered an assetHold a Valid airside pass (per airport requirements)On-call availability for both fuel and ramp week days/nights and weekendsFull Time positionMinimum 1 year management experienceStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, verbal and written
