North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services seeks an In-House Legal Counsel to provide legal guidance to child protection staff and represent the Agency in court.
Ideal candidates are Ontario-barred lawyers with CYFSA Part X and PHIPA knowledge, solid litigation skills, and a team-oriented approach within a multidisciplinary team. Travel across the NEOFACS area, including remote communities, is required.
