TLWC | Tira Lounge Salon & Medspa is looking for a professional, reliable, and client-focused female Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team full time.

We are a busy, full-service salon and medspa offering hair, nail, aesthetic, laser, injectable, facial, and wellness services. We are looking for an RMT who is passionate about providing excellent treatments while building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional Registered Massage Therapy treatments based on each client's needs
- Conduct client consultations and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment notes
- Educate clients on treatment recommendations, aftercare, and ongoing maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and client retention
- Encourage appropriate rebooking and ongoing treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with our salon, spa, and front-desk team
- Follow all applicable professional, hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Experience

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)




- Valid professional liability insurance
- Eligible to provide receipts for extended health insurance purposes
- Strong massage therapy and client assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable working in a busy salon and medspa environment
- Strong customer-service mindset and ability to develop lasting client relationships
- Previous clinic, spa, or multidisciplinary experience is an asset
