Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s specific needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology relevant to client conditions and treatment planning.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment procedures, and provide guidance for ongoing wellness practices.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment by adhering to hygiene standards and clinic protocols.
- Keep detailed records of client treatments, progress notes, and any relevant medical information in compliance with privacy regulations.




- Promote client retention through excellent customer service, follow-up care, and personalized recommendations for ongoing wellness routines.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and certifications to continually enhance your skills.

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or certification body.
- Proven experience in providing qualified massage therapy services with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team attitude.
