Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our dynamic wellness team. Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage to meet client needs.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
- Develop customized treatment plans that align with clients’ conditions and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment adhering to all health and safety regulations.




- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or regulatory body in Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and foster trust with clients.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
- Prior experience in a clinical or wellness environment is preferred but not mandatory.
