Steps away from the main public transit stationWhat We OfferHighly competitive compensation package which includes, salary, bonus, perks, and career advancement opportunities!Eligibility for benefits is dependent on the terms of employmentThe OpportunityTo manage a portfolio of loans to the highest industry standard with team members ensuring all terms of the commitment letter (including all supporting agreements) are performed by the borrower to the benefit of our investors and also responding to any reasonable borrower requests that are consistent with the terms of the commitment or are approved by the investor.How You Will ContributeResponsible to obtain, review and analyze financial information and requirements to ensure loan criteria is valid with no material adverse changes such as: rent rolls, operating statements and financial/net worth statementsThorough knowledge of commercial lending, underwriting and understanding core documentsAbility to review, make sound decisions and recommendations on property insurance renewals, CMHC undertakings, holdbacks and Insurance claimsManage assigned mortgage portfolio proactively to ensure that all required conditions for commercial mortgages are fulfilled and to satisfaction of investors and CMHC.Thorough knowledge of Mortgage Products and functions within Mortgage Servicing that include but not limited to; document management, payment processing, statements, holdbacks/reserves, insurance and annual financial reviewsAdherence to policy and procedures, service levels and complianceAssess,



review and provide recommendations for mortgage related approvals to senior management and investors on financial findings and/or clients requests.Effectively interface with borrowers, consultants and investors and solicitors with adherence to Service levels and policy standards.Monitoring on going progress draws/holdbacksEnsure mortgage security is valid and legally binding and supporting documents are provided in a timely manner by solicitors.
