You'll oversee multiple team leads in India, manage complex F&B client portfolios, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.If you're a strong leader with a public practice foundation and an operational mindset, this role offers significant influence and direct collaboration with the firm's owners.What You'll Be DoingLeading and mentoring 5-7 offshore team leads, ensuring high-quality deliverables and workflow efficiencyOverseeing month-end close, financial reporting, and review of junior team workManaging client relationships across both Canada, and internationallyDriving operational improvements, SOP development,
