The successful candidate will be required to have weekly scheduled on-site (in office) days.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain excellent customer service, ethical business practices and professional attitudeRegular communication with the Store Manager and Sales ManagerAttend team meetings as required (either in person or via teams)Networking with potential and current customersAssisting customers looking to purchase products/services while educating them in the product lines that Flaman Sales offersBecome knowledgeable and remain up-to-date with all products/lines carriedMaking product suggestions according to the wants and needs of customersLocating prospective customers, generating and converting leads to customersCreate quotes and sale ordersAchieve objectives through effective planning and setting sales goalsli> Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsCapturing customers information to follow up and increase closing ratesFollowing up with potential customers that have received quotesFrequently checking open orders and invoices when necessary to keep inventory and accounts receivables accurateContact customers for collections of accounts receivables on past due accounts when necessaryFollow up post purchase with customer to provide after sales support, including annual check-ins to ensure customer satisfactionAssist other team members when neededTravel for work, including participation in tradeshowsOther duties as required and/or tasked by ManagerSkills and Qualifications:Recognize the importance of establishing a connection with our customers and providing a great customer experiencePost secondary education in Business or related field (an asset)Previous experience in salesKnowledge of agriculture operations, equipment and trailers (preferred)Proficient with technology, computers applications, including Microsoft Office, POS systems and inventory/invoicing software programsProficient budgeting skills with good understanding of margins, profit & lossStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-throughStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlinesProfessional, team player with a positive "can do" attitudeExceptional work ethic and driven to obtain goalsHave a good understanding of company policies and proceduresAbility to safely lift heavy products up to 55 lbs. on your ownAbility to safely lift heavy products, with team lifts over 100 lbs.Valid Class 5 driver's license, clean driver's abstract and satisfactory criminal record checkHave a great sense of humorIf you are a positive "go-getter" who feels that you'd be a great addition to our team, and you share in our belief of "People working together, Doing what is right, Making a difference",We are an equal prospect employer, committed to workforce diversity.
