Our Lounge is an significant part of the customer journey, ensuring comfort, hospitality, and seamless service.We are now looking for a Lead Lounge Host for the winter season at Kittilä Airport.In this role, you will participate in daily lounge operations while also taking responsibility for coordinating key operational tasks and maintaining the highest service standards.Your responsibilities includeSupporting the daily operation of the LoungeManaging product orders and stock replenishmentMaintaining inventory records and conducting stock countsMonitoring self-control and food safety proceduresAssisting with onboarding and supporting seasonal employeesDeveloping customer experience together with the teamWorking across other Premium services and customer events when requiredWe expect you to havePrevious experience in customer service, hospitality, or food and beverage serviceExperience in operational responsibility or supervisory duties is considered a strong advantageAn Alcohol Serving PassportFluent English language skills are required.
