Position Summary: With the direction from the Plant Care Supervisor, the ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who displays strong attention to detail, a dedication to learning, and the ability to manage change in a quick-paced work environment. The Plant Care Technician will work closely with the Plant Care Supervisor intending to a devoted area of the operation. This position requires physical demands such as reaching, bending, walking, standing, performing repetitive work and lifting to 50 lbs; Key Responsibilities: Various crop care, including transplanting, potting,de-leafing, pruning,



and pinching plants; Mixing and amending soil; Installs and adjusts trellis for optimal cannabis growth and according to standard; Carefully Monitors the health of the plants for proper care; Responsible for general housekeeping of the production area; Cleans and sanitizes equipment, pots, trays, etc. as per Health Canada standards; Organizes and maintains materials, and restocks supplies when needed; Prepares reports and general documentation as required; Other duties and tasks as assigned. Skills & Qualifications: Brings focus to work quality and safety; Adaptability and strong with multitasking; Effortlessly takes direction and follows through on tasks; Capable of working both independently and on a team; Good communication skills both written and verbal; Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills; Fall arrest training would be considered an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
