Your work will directly affect people's lives!Job PurposeThe main purpose of the Line Operator is: Accountable for all aspects of the filling of production batches to within specification following all procedures and practices to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment while maintaining Quality standardsJob ResponsibilitiesPerform all duties according to SOP's, GMP's and all other established safety standards and company policiesCorrectly complete all documentation as per SOP's and GMP requirements, i.E., observations, test results, batch record information, etc.Notify management in the event of a departure from procedure, product defect, safety incident or other serious problemProductivity and Operational Excellence:Dismantle, clean, sanitize and assemble processing equipment according to established SOPs to ensure hygiene complianceSafely operate all required equipment and machinery including those used to manufacture, store, clean and transport production related assetsExecute applicable SAP transactions accurately and in a timely mannerEffectively process batches within specifications to meet department batch execution targets by ensuring optimal cycle times in support of schedule adherenceComplete daily administrative tasks and in a timely mannerEnsure the proper selection, care and use of tools, parts and equipment while performing all job related dutiesEscalate manufacturing related issues to the appropriate support groups (QA, Process, Maintenance, Operations) and help in the resolution and 5 why analysisRecommend and actively support the implementation of process improvement opportunitiesAssist in incident investigations and root cause analysis of FRB batchesMaintain 5S standardsPrevious Forklift experience required and must have a valid forklift licenseTeamworkActively seeks and accepts positive and constructive feedback from colleaguesWorks effectively with team members in support of team and department goalsActively embraces cross training initiatives across departmentsCommunicates effectively both verbally and writtenPerform any related duties as assignedActively contributes in team meetings and other team-related activitiesPerson Profile & SkillsGood time management skills and ability to prioritizeTeam focusedSense of urgencySense of respect and integrity for self and teamAbility to manage through difficult and stressful situationsAbility to work on multiple priorities at the same timeAbility to stand, walk, and sit.
