This position will require 3 days a week in our London office subject to change with future business needs.What you'll be doing:Maintain, grow, and retain strong relationships while up-selling new products and services in a phone-based environmentProvide top notch customer service and establish rapport with key decision makersAchieve monthly metric goals by driving growth with existing CARFAX dealersIncrease customer awareness, engagement, and retention by sharing the value proposition of CARFAX productsCollaborate with peers in the dealer business unit, sales, marketing, and finance to resolve issues and provide process improvementsDemonstrate a strong work ethic by being a highly motivated self-starterWhat we're looking for:Customer service,
