self- care and independence through teaching and encouragement.Maintain the standard of accurate and complete documentation and reporting.Requirements2-3 years of experience as a Licensed Practical NurseCurrent Registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador (CLPNNL) or eligible forthe LPN registration with CLPNNLPhysical Assessment, Palliative/ Hospice Care experience preferred.Previous experience working in a senior's independent living workplace and/or long-term care preferred.Alzheimer's and/ or other Dementia Care experience are considered an asset.Current First Aid and CPR certification.
