As one of our Housekeepers you will be responsible for performing light cleaning duties that maintain the establishment in a clean and orderly manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Clean and disinfect areas and items such as washrooms, vents, interior windows, walls, glass, doors, and mirrorsStrip, wash and make beds; collect and fold linenDamp mop hard floors and auto scrub as neededCheck all primary areas, lobbies, stairwells, elevators/escalators, and mezzanines and clean as requiredVacuum carpeted areas and complete carpet extraction as neededRemove all garbage from resident rooms and common areasMaintain confidentiality of all resident and personnel informationMaintain a protected environment at all times (e.G. use of wet floor signs)Perform duties according to health and safety guidelinesReport all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediatelyResponding to emergency cleanups as requiredQualifications:Previous commercial housekeeping experience in a hotel or remote camp setting is an assetStrong time management and organizational skills to be able to manage heavy workloadGood command of English language, both verbal and writtenAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsPhysical ability to perform all aspects of the job, including requirements to lift up to 20 poundsPosition Requirements:Pass a Drug & Alcohol TestShift: 12hr/DayRotation:
