CarePartners is seeking a Personal Support Manager for the Quinte area to coordinate and supervise delivery of Community Health Services. This full time role includes evening/weekend on-call rotation on a rotating basis.You will lead Community Support Workers, develop care plans, ensure compliance with health regulations, and advocate for patient care quality. A nursing license and leadership experience are required, with travel to various locations in Ontario.
