Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing clinical counseling and diagnostic evaluations, with a focus on outpatient services. This role involves working with diverse populations, including individuals with autism, families, and those dealing with addiction issues. The Psychologist will play a crucial role in promoting mental health and well-being through effective therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
- Provide individual and family counseling services, focusing on child and family dynamics.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Engage in crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Offer addiction counseling services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.




- Utilize evidence-based practices in behavioral health to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license to practice psychology.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred.
- Strong background in child family counseling and outpatient therapy settings.
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and crisis intervention techniques.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
