We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis, with after-school and weekend hours. This role offers the flexibility of working from home and in the community, with access to ongoing mentorship, leadership support, and encouragement. As our company and caseloads continue to grow, there is potential for this role to become a full-time position.

Responsibilities

- Provide client- and family-centered speech therapy services in home, community, and virtual settings.
- Support children and families with skill/knowledge development, sensory processing, self-regulation, daily living, and participation goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, behavior consultants, psychologists, and developmental aides.
- Document services in compliance with professional and organizational standards given clinical software.
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing qualified learning.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology




- Registered and in good standing with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).
- Experience supporting children and families, ideally in community-based settings.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to affirming, inclusive, and family-centered practice.
