Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise everyday store functions and customer service
• Ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions
• Facilitate staff training in the absence of the Store Manager
• Monitor cleanliness and organization within the store
• Process donations and maintain inventory control

Requirements:
• Some completion of high school education
• Two years of experience in retail or warehouse settings
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
