Jalebi Live Station Cook (Indian Sweets)Part-Time / Full-TimeAbout the RoleMississauga Convention Centre is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Jalebi Live Station Cook to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh, authentic Indian jalebis at live stations during weddings, banquets, and special events.The ideal candidate will have experience preparing traditional Indian sweets and be comfortable working in a fast-paced banquet environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare fresh jalebi batter and syrup according to established recipes.Operate a live jalebi station during weddings, banquets, and special events.Fry and serve fresh jalebis while maintaining excellent presentation and quality.Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.Monitor ingredient levels and prepare for scheduled events.Work collaboratively with the culinary and banquet teams to ensure smooth event execution.Maintain a clean and organized workstation before, during,
