We are seeking enthusiastic distribution operations candidates to join our team and support the launch and ongoing operation of this new facility.Role: Coordinator, Inventory ControlShift: NightWhat you will doMaintaining and updating required inventory levels for goods, product, and materialsPerforms all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management proceduresReconciles inventories to book records and make adjustments when necessaryPlans and implements a recoup program to ensure all damaged/defective product is accounted for and properly handled by either donating, dumping, salvaging or returning to stockMaintains records to accurately track recouped product and return saleable product to stockConduct search to locate products within the system,



as necessaryAdjust records when there are discrepancies between actual product and recordsEnsures corrective measures to prevent discrepanciesAssists in preparing analysis of adjustments activities reportResearches to reconcile inventory discrepanciesResponds timely to all email requests.Recommends a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper locationWorks with Operations in regards to any issues that may ariseProcesses documentation to generate a prompt credit transaction Performs weekly cycle counts and adjusts systems as necessaryMaintains accurate inventory records to help facilities shortage detectionMaintains confidentiality of inventory records to authorized personnelDevelop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts including records of all audits, counts and adjustmentsComplete and issue all necessary records and reports including filing invoices and maintaining customer records in a timely and accurate fashionCoordinates Recall validationUpdates Share Point File for IC ScorecardPerforms duties as instructed by managementWhat you will need:Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restrictionFlexible to work on weekends and nightAbility and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as neededAt least 1 year experience in similar positionComputer applications experience using MS OfficeAbility to work independently and learn on the jobTime management skillsExcellent oral and written communications skillsStrong math and critical thinking skillsExcellent customer service skillsLoblaw is committed to sustainability by sourcing products with integrity and making a positive difference in the community.
