This role will be located onsite at our facility in Canada. The Trade Partner Services Representative is accountable for all aspects of Trade Partner and/or Consumer order management processes and support. You will be on the front lines and will be responsible for delivering accurate, appropriate and courteous expert support in a fast-paced contact centre environment.Your responsibilities will includeManage both outbound and inbound calls from consumers and/or trade partners regarding order inquiries/changes, product availability, delivery escalations,



etc.Manage and respond to email inquiries from consumers and/or trade partners within established timelinesConfirming/changing orders/deliveriesDe-escalate and work with the appropriate team to resolve order & delivery challengesProactively manage orders to ensure order quality and order fulfillmentCommunicate processes and policies to internal & external parties as appropriateEnsure adherence to established guidelines and follow Standard Operating ProceduresProvide order and business process support to Sales and Supply Chain functionsTake various amounts of data from a variety of sources, distill the information and then identify trends and relevant informationIdentify process improvement opportunitiesSupport overall Whirlpool Canada business strategiesMinimum requirementsCollege Diploma2+ year(s) of experience in a customer service role (virtual or in person)Preferred skills and experiencesStrong communication and relationship building skillsBilingual (French and English)Excellent customer service skillsMust be a detail oriented high performer with excellent follow-up skills and problem solving abilitiesSuperior multi-tasking abilityTo act as the first and single point of contact for customers whenever possibleTeam player that displays the ability to take initiative and work independentlyStrong organization tactics and ability to establish prioritiesProficient in the use of Microsoft ExcelExperience in Google Suite productsExperience using SAP is an assetPrevious order management or account management experience is an assetWhat we offerPermanent Employees enjoy leading edge benefit programs that allows for choice and flexibility to meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
