Georgian Dental Barrie is hiring a Full time Dental Hygiene Coordinator to support and grow our hygiene program.

Monday–Friday | One Saturday per month

Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Wednesday: 11 a.m.–7 p.m.
One Saturday per month: 8 a.m.–3 p.m.

Key responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the hygiene schedule
Coordinate recalls, reappointments and patient follow-up
Build robust patient relationships and support ongoing care
Coordinate hygiene treatment and follow-up
Work closely with hygienists, dentists and the administrative team

The ideal candidate:
Dental office experience in hygiene coordination, treatment coordination or administration
Strong understanding of dental hygiene services
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Confident, proactive and patient-focused
Experience with hygiene reactivation or treatment coordination is an asset
