The University of British Columbia is seeking a Support Analyst I to join UBC IT | Desktop | Operations on the Point Grey Campus and surrounding area. You will help maintain desktop systems, provide end-user support, and assist with network and hardware issues.
In this role you will troubleshoot hardware/software incidents, deploy standard software, and support LAN settings while coordinating with team leads to meet service levels.
