In this stimulating role, you will be responsible for the integrated management of the maintenance and tooling department. In this key role, you will supervise unionized and professional teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of production equipment, facilities, and tools. You will also oversee building maintenance, the optimization of preventive maintenance systems, and ensure that tooling meets production needs. Finally, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement projects and the introduction of new products.Your responsibilities:Supervise and mobilize a multidisciplinary team (electromechanicians, toolmakers, and maintenance planner)Plan and coordinate repair, improvement, and equipment installation activitiesEnsure the management and improvement of the preventive maintenance programEnsure the maintenance of the building, equipment,
