You will perform production, service and repair welding, prototyping, and tank/fitter welding while collaborating with leads and foremen to drive improvements.Responsibilities include reading blueprints, operating GMAW/FCAW/SMAW/MCAW, cutting, repairs, and quality inspections. You will train others, ensure safety compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
