With 3 manufacturing facilities and 22 distribution branches in Canada we are well‐positioned to provide our customers with the best products and a superior service experience.Our busy Customer Service Department located in our Lambeth, Ontario facility requires a Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist to provide excellent service in processing orders and responding to our customers inquiries while working closely with all customer service and warranty team representatives, production staff, and branch administrators. You will:Answer and respond to customer inquiries with urgency via phone and/or emailEnter orders accurately and efficiently to meet required cut‐off times and deadlinesVerify team orders for accuracy and make corrections when requiredHave extensive knowledge of Gentek productsPrepare accurate quotes for window and doors using computer softwareProvide customers with product and service informationIdentify and elevate priority issues and follow up with resolutionsMaintain good working relationships with customers, staff, and branch administratorsLog calls, order verification and documents in SalesforceQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of industry experience (windows, building products)Technical aptitude and high attention to detailProficient in basic math – fractions and decimalsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesExperience in a commercial or industrial setting preferredAbility to communicate professionallyFrench speaking is an asset but not requiredSelf‐motivated, dependable, and accountableSpecial visualization skills and blueprint reading as an assetAbility to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast‐paced environmentWe offer an attractive compensation benefits package and straight weekday employment.
