Towne Renovations is looking for a Renovation Apprentice to join our team. We work on residential projects ranging from kitchens and bathrooms to larger home renovations, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build their skills.

This is a paid position where you’ll work alongside our experienced crew, helping with different stages of a renovation and learning as you go. Previous experience is helpful, but we’re just as interested in someone who is reliable, willing to learn and takes pride in doing things properly.

Duties

- Assist with framing, cabinet installation, drywall, flooring, tile work and other renovation tasks.
- Help with surface preparation, painting, caulking and finishing details.
- Learn to read drawings, take measurements and understand what needs to be done before starting a task.
- Use hand tools, power tools and equipment safely, with guidance from the team.
- Assist with concrete, masonry and general support for other trades as needed and under supervision.
- Help move materials,



organize tools and keep job sites clean and secure.
- Follow instructions, ask questions when something is unclear and bring any concerns to the crew’s attention.

Experience & Qualifications
- Willingness to learn different aspects of renovation work and take direction from experienced team members.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable with the physical nature of the work.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to take the time to get things right.
- A good attitude, respect for clients’ homes and an understanding of the importance of working safely.

You don’t need to come in knowing how to do everything. We’re looking for someone who shows up ready to work, asks questions and wants to keep improving. Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
