Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise execution of projects
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently to perform various construction tasks
- Install and finish drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other interior fixtures with attention to detail
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to create durable structures
- Conduct plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, and painting tasks as required for renovation projects
- Apply caulking, drywall installation, flooring laying, tile setting, and masonry techniques to meet project specifications
- Assist in construction estimating by measuring materials and assessing project scope for cost-effective planning




- Operate heavy equipment safely during excavation, lifting, or material transport activities
- Support restoration efforts by repairing or refurbishing existing structures with precision and care

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of building processes and safety protocols
- Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, masonry work, carpentry, drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work or welding is highly desirable
- Familiarity with schematics and construction estimating practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments—residential sites or commercial buildings
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot on-site issues effectively
