Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and concrete finishing.
- Install cabinets, doors, windows, and other fixtures with precision to meet design specifications.




- Assist in estimating project costs and materials needed for renovation tasks to support project planning.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by adhering to safety protocols and disposing of debris properly.

Skills

- Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels as well as power tools including drills, saws, grinders.
- Experience with construction activities like drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, carpentry, masonry, and concrete finishing.
- Ability to perform restoration work with attention to detail for both interior and exterior projects.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes to assist in project planning and resource allocation.
- Experience in Framing, drywall installation and finishing, Flooring, doors trim and baseboards.

Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour
