We are a bilingual, subsidized daycare situated at 567 Jarry Ouest Park Extension and are seeking a replacement educator who will replace full-time educators when they are on sick leave and vacation. The work hours will be from 0 to 40 hours per week, depending on the needs.
A dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster developmental growth through cutting-edge teaching methods. This role involves working closely with children, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development while adhering to educational standards and safety protocols.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in early childhood
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom at all times
Education: AEC or DEC in Early childhood education.
Pay: $21.23-$34.44 per hour
