Join the Whistler Blackcomb team as a Mountain Safety Attendant, focusing on enhancing safety for guests in breathtaking BC terrain during the winter season.
This role is outstanding for individuals with a passion for winter sports and community engagement. You’ll work directly with guests to provide excellent service while maintaining safety protocols on the mountain. Both full-time and part time shifts are available for the upcoming winter season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating a protected workplace for guests
• Uphold resort safety policies and guidelines
• Maintain secure, marked trails for all users
• Coordinate with Patrol for crowd management support
• Communicate safety messages clearly to guests
Requirements:
• Fluent English communication skills necessary
• Advanced skiing or snowboarding experience required
• Ability to work outdoors in challenging winter weather
• Remain composed in emergencies
• Cheerful and approachable attitude
