Seymour Health is looking for a qualified Exercise Physiologist to contribute to our Ambulatory Services. Deliver individualized programs and improve participant health outcomes in an engaging, in office environment.
This role focuses on delivering safe, evidence-based exercise interventions through comprehensive assessments. You'll need to manage your caseload effectively while ensuring compliance with health standards and documentation. Strong collaboration skills will allow you to work harmoniously with participants, families, and other health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop personalized exercise programs
• Implement protected and evidence-based interventions
• Track participant progress and adjust as necessary




• Maintain clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Current ESSA or AHPRA accreditation
• Solid clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Australian driver's license
