This role plays a key part in maintaining organized workflows and supporting overall production objectives.What You Will DoPackage products accurately and efficiently in accordance with company standards and timelinesInspect products and documentation to ensure accuracy,



completeness, and quality prior to packagingMaintain organization and housekeeping within the Packaging DepartmentOrganize and stock packaging materials and inventory as requiredMove materials from the Cata-Dyne testing area to packaging or inventory areas following inspectionFollow established packing procedures, including FIFO and material flow practicesSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging processWork effectively in a high-volume, results-driven environmentDemonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork in day-to-day operationsKey Characteristics, Competencies and SkillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong sense of urgency and accountabilityExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks effectivelyDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a diverse workforceCommitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environmentAbility to quickly learn technical concepts and product applicationsKnowledge and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of two (2) years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environmentExperience operating counterbalanced forklifts or order pickers (indoor and/or outdoor environments)Strong understanding of workflow coordination and material handling processesKnowledge of manufacturing or packaging processes is considered an assetAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectivelyAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
