and able to adapt quickly to different classrooms while supporting consistent, high-quality learning experiences.ABOUT THE POSITIONWorking as part of a collaborative team, the Childcare Educator – Casual fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment where children are recognized as capable co-contributors, and where learning unfolds through play, exploration, and relationships. A Childcare Educator – Casual performs all of the following duties:Ensure curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices are in place in the daycareCo-create programming with the staff team and childrenUse innovative methods for documentation and curriculum design, including anecdotal observations, finished products, photographs, and written dialogueAttend meetings and workshops to develop and discuss program curriculum and work competenciesInteract with children and staff to encourage their involvement in activitiesGuide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habitsDemonstrate an understanding of typical developmental pathwaysSafetyBe informed of and follow all licensing regulations and requirementsUse positive, child-centered, and respectful guidance practicesMonitor classrooms to ensure a protected and supportive environmentEnsure rooms are clean and that toys, furniture, and equipment are disinfected and safe for childrenCommunity CultureContribute as a reliable team player by communicating clearly, assisting colleagues when needed,
