We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential-Commercial Plumber to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage in both residential homes and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute installations and repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing and HVAC systems using schematic diagrams and technical manuals
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety standards




- Collaborate with construction teams on new builds or renovation projects, assisting with carpentry, assembly, or other related tasks as needed
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues, perform repairs promptly, and document all work completed

Experience

- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance within residential or commercial settings
- Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and general building maintenance practices
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate system setup
- Familiarity with construction processes including carpentry, welding, assembly, and heavy lifting techniques
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, schematics interpretation, and basic math calculations necessary for precise work
- Knowledge of schematics related to plumbing and HVAC systems is highly desirable
- Prior experience working with construction teams or on large-scale projects is a plus
