Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards
- Special focus on preparing, packing and shipping our ghost kitchen orders.
- Operate POS systems to process customer orders accurately and quickly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations




- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and order accuracy

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and transaction accuracy
- Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations in the food industry
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
