Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations
- Assist with food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols




- Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and sales

Skills

- Experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of food preparation and handling
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
- Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating orders or discounts
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques and restaurant operations
