Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Assistant Manager to lead our store operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control
- Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with company standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors
- Coordinate recruiting efforts for new team members, participate in interviewing processes, and assist with onboarding and training
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Oversee payroll processing, budgeting activities, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and record keeping

Skills





- Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in retail environments
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus)
- Skilled in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence
- Proficient in POS (Point of Sale) systems, pricing strategies, and merchandising techniques
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff
- Knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative procedures
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in store management operations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Strong math skills for sales calculations and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers and team members alike
