Responsibilities

- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions to ensure smooth daily activities.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a diverse team of sales associates and staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing product displays, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing to maximize sales potential.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
- Conduct recruiting activities such as interviewing candidates, onboarding new employees, and providing ongoing training & development opportunities.
- Monitor payroll processing, budgeting, and bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records and operational efficiency.
- Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, negotiate purchasing agreements,



and implement marketing initiatives that boost store visibility.

Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in retail or a related environment with demonstrated team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising principles, and POS systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, payroll management, and budgeting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with customers, team members, and vendors professionally.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing adjustments, and bookkeeping responsibilities.
