PremYum is looking for a hands-on Retail Manager with strong beef knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll lead the day-to-day operation, work alongside the team, create a great customer experience, and find ways to grow the business. You’ll also help plan and coordinate store improvements as we develop our future Country Market concept.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the daily operation of the retail store and work alongside the team.
- Coach and develop the retail team while delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist with retail butchery duties as required.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, and product presentation.
- Coordinate product requirements with our production team.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, waste, and retail performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies.
- Identify and help carry out improvements to the store and customer experience.
- Help grow the PremYum retail business.

What We’re Looking For

- Retail management or supervisory experience.
- Professional beef industry experience and strong beef product knowledge are required.
- Meat retail or grocery management experience is strongly preferred.
- The initiative to take ownership,



solve problems, and follow through.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems.
- Willingness to lead by example and work alongside the team.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
