What you'll do
Understand client reqs & perform needed research to execute a search




Work with leadership & colleagues to develop sophisticated recruitment strategies that enable success on hard to fill roles
Recruit talent via Linkedin Recruiter and beyond
Pre-screen candidates & conduct in-depth candidate interviews
Prepare comprehensive candidate submissions based on clients' unique needs
Work in a close, consultative capacity with clients to move the search forward to close

You have a proven track record, you're a top 10% performer in your org and consider recruitment to be a sales profession
You're highly detailed oriented, highly strategic, able to interpret data and act on it
