Our growing and forward thinking downtown client in property management, is seeking a (Commercial) Property Accountant for their energetic team.
Reporting to an Accounting Manager, the Property Accountant will be responsible for a portfolio with a mix of commercial, retail and office building properties.
Specific responsibilities will include the preparation of Financials, the annual CAM reconciliations, recoveries, budgeting and forecasting.
