Whether working in homes, businesses, or out in the field, you'll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team that values integrity, teamwork, and excellence in everything we do.As a glazier at All-Brite, you'll have the prospect to learn, grow, and be part of a company that's committed to helping people see clearly—both through their glass and in their careers.Key Responsibilities – What You'll Be DoingInstall, repair, and replace a wide range of glass and glazing products, including windows, doors, mirrors, storefronts, and specialty glassPrecisely measure, cut, and fit glass to exact specifications using industry tools and equipmentSafely handle and transport glass, following best practices for safety and qualityApply sealants, weatherproofing,



and finishing materials to ensure top-quality installationsAccurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet)Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidenceMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment – in the shop, on job sites, and in service vehiclesRespond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including in-shop and mobile jobs as required.
