Project descriptionWe are seeking a hands-on talent to support delivery within the Total Fund Management Portfolio Management Technology team. This role is suited for an experienced, self-directed individual who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, take ownership of outcomes, and deliver working solutions with minimal day-to-day oversight.This is not a role for someone who requires detailed task breakdowns or constant direction. Once objectives and constraints are explicit, you are expected to independently drive work to completion, proactively manage risks, and communicate progress effectively.This role is opened for subcontractors.ResponsibilitiesOwn timelines and deliverables, proactively managing scope, dependencies,



and execution risksIndependently design and deliver software solutions by engaging stakeholders and challenging assumptionsBuild backend services and RESTful APIs aligned to those designsDevelop cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)Implement workflow automation and data pipelines where neededContribute across the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CDEnsure solutions are production-ready, including testing, documentation, and handoverAct as a reliable execution partner, escalating issues early when requiredSkillsMust havePrior consulting, advisory, or client-facing delivery experienceAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous environmentsProven independent delivery without close supervisionStrong Python experience in enterprise environmentsExperience building RESTful services / APIsStrong cloud experience (AWS preferred)Experience with CI/CD pipelinesStrong unit and integration testing practicesNice to haveWorkflow automation experienceCI/CD tooling (e.G., GitHub Actions)Workflow orchestration (Airflow)Web development (Dash, Angular, React)BI/reporting tools (e.G., Amazon QuickSight)Terraform (infrastructure as code)Jupyter notebooksCapital markets experience
